This page explains how Precision AI Ventures handles your documents and your data when you use our document review service. It covers what we collect, how long we keep it, what we delete, your rights under GDPR and CCPA, and how to reach us. Precision AI Ventures is the legal entity responsible for the commitments on this page.
What we do with your document
When you submit a document for review, we use it to generate your report and we keep both files alive for seven days so you can re-download from your link. After seven days, both files are permanently deleted from our servers. This window is short on purpose: documents are sensitive, and we do not want to hold them longer than is needed to deliver the service you paid for. The legal basis for this seven-day retention is contract performance: we keep your document only as long as we need to fulfill our service obligation to you.
What we keep beyond seven days
We keep an anonymized summary of the issues we found in your document. No document content. No names. Just the type of issue we identified and how serious it was. We keep this under our legitimate interest in improving our analyzer, so the next person who needs help gets a better report than the last. You can opt out of this by requesting full deletion (see below).
Your rights under GDPR and CCPA
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion, to receive a portable copy, and to file a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email precision-ai-ventures@proton.me with your report number and we will respond within 72 hours. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the EU through your national supervisory authority, in California through the California Privacy Protection Agency, or your equivalent regional regulator).
Want everything deleted?
Email precision-ai-ventures@proton.me with your report number and we will remove every trace within 72 hours. This includes your contact email, your intake notes, and the anonymized summary derived from your document. After deletion, no record of your submission remains in our systems.
Payment data
Payment is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers. We only see the confirmation that you paid. Card numbers, billing addresses, and bank details remain entirely with Stripe and are subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
Our commitments to you
We commit to never selling your data. We commit to never sharing your document or your report with anyone outside the analyzer. We commit to never training third-party models on your documents.
Storage and security
Documents and reports are stored in encrypted cloud storage with private access keys. Only the analyzer and the report-delivery pipeline can read them, and only for the seven-day retention window. All transfers happen over TLS.

This privacy page was last updated on June 29, 2026. We post the effective date here so you can always see when the commitments on this page were last revised. If we change anything material, we will post the new version with a new effective date.
